Simply complete the information below for any new Direct Support Professional (DSP) hired by your agency.  Once submitted, we encourage you to have your staff visit this site and register for an account and take the General Training modules including Triage, Seizures, First Aid, and Infection Control/Universal Precautions.  It is not required to take the Self-Administration of Medication Supervision (SAMS) quiz until the DSP has attended an in-person or remote SAMS training classes with one of our Registered Nurses.  Once the staff has competed the SAMS training class, they simply need to login to their account on this platform, and take the SAMS quiz.
